For the 2019-2020 school year, the annual GATE Academy parent informational meeting will be in an online format.  The window to apply for a 2020-2021 GATE Academy seat is open from April 1-12, 2020.  To view the presentation go to GATE Academy online parent presentation and to submit an application for a 2020-2021 seat at the GATE Academy go to GATE Academy Lottery Application

Please note, the GATE Academy lottery is open to Allen ISD students currently in grades K-5 who are already identified gifted and have attended AIM this year.  Students who are in the process of testing for potential gifted identification this spring are not eligible for this year's GATE Academy lottery.  This is the same as previous years and is not due to current school closures or at-home learning.  Should your student be identified through this year's testing and begin AIM in the 2020-2021 school year, he/she will be eligible for next year's GATE Academy lottery.

Thank you for your patience as Learner Services works through this unprecedented time.
