Parent Access to Kindergarten CogAT Scores
CogAT assessment scores for Allen ISD students will be reported to parents/guardians via Skyward Family Access. This will enable Allen ISD and campuses to communicate results to you much more quickly. This applies only to the CogAT tests administered to all Allen ISD Kindergarten students in December of each year.
When CogAT scores are received, parents/guardians will receive an email notifying them that scores are available. Results will be sent to all guardians with email addresses provided. For this reason, it is important that you have set up your Family Access account and maintain a current email address. CogAT score reports will be uploaded in the “Portfolio” area for parent/guardian viewing. These CogAT score reports are the official score reports provided by the testing vendor. Districts receive only electronic versions of the score reports in English for students.

For parents/guardians unable to view scores in Family Access, score reports may be picked up at the campus where your child tested on the dates listed below. The printed report parents can pick up will be the same score report available in your student’s portfolio in Skyward Family Access; therefore, parents who have already viewed their child’s scores do not need to pick-up copies during these times.

We strongly encourage parents to keep their email addresses and Family Access accounts updated in order to view student score reports as soon as they become available. We recommend that you confirm that you are able to successfully log in to Family Access before the dates indicated above in order to avoid any delay in accessing your child's CogAT scores when they become available.
