Theatrical Tool Titans
This grant would go towards replacing tools and equipment used by the Ford Middle School theater department. Working on theater sets teaches students life-long skills: how to use a drill, the difference between a flat head and a Phillips screwdriver, and the math needed to measure boards before cutting them. It also gives them a place where they experience success, have positive results from their hard work, and learn about a possible trade if they are not college bound.
