Welcome, Allen Eagle New Employees!
We are happy to have you join the Allen ISD family! Whether you are a first-year educator or new to Allen ISD, it is our goal in Human Resources to help make Allen ISD feel like home and to assist you as you transition into your new career as an Allen Eagle Employee.
In doing so, we have provided a list of requirements that must be completed within ten (10) district business days of acceptance of your verbal offer of employment. The compliance requirements are located below. Finally, you will find additional onboarding resources that are also listed below. These resources will provide you with additional information that will guide you as you prepare for success as an Allen ISD employee.

Allen ISD Benefits Information
As a new hire, you have 30 days from your actively-at-work date (the date you start work) to enroll or decline coverage.
For complete plan information, rates and forms, please go to the Employee Benefits Center (EBC).
- Login ID:
- Choose one of three options:
- Skyward ID
- Employee ID#
- SSN (no dashes)
- Choose one of three options:
- PIN: last four digits of your social and the last two digits of the year you were born
You must log in to review all offerings even if you do not want benefits. New Hires are required to complete their enrollment in-person with an enroller. Appointments are available through the Employee Benefits Center (EBC) or by contacting the AISD Benefits Office.

Allen ISD Substitute Information
The Sub system is used IF you have students and require a substitute.
Sub system users will receive an email with instructions on how to log into their account.
- Your user ID and password will be included in the email.
- For further instructions on how to navigate the substitute system, please watch the videos by clicking on the help tab.
- The Sub system will call out to find a substitute one day prior to the absence and the morning of the absence. Substitutes can see an absence online for 120 days in advance of the absence.
Go to www.allenisd.org/Faculty/Staff Absence Management System
- Click on the Absence Management System Link
- For ID or Username use your Personal phone number
- Your PIN or Password will be assigned in your welcome letter
Trouble logging in?
- Click on: I forgot my ID or username / I forgot my PIN or password, or
- Contact your campus coordinator for your ID and PIN.
To call the absence management system:
- Dial 1-800-942-3767
- Enter your ID number (followed by the # sign)
- Enter your PIN number (followed by the # sign)

Service Records
If requested, you have 60 days from your start date to send your Service Records to the Human Resources Department.
Your Service Records will reflect your years of experience as well as your State Sick and State Personal Leave days balance from your previous district.
