Hi Y'all!  In case my greeting didn't tip you off, I am from Nashville, Tn.  I am so excited to be a Boyd Blackhawk! I look foward to meeting and learning all about you and your child.  My husband and I live in Allen and I am the proud mother of four wonderful children and a loveable dog named Max.

I have an undergraduate degree from The University of TN at Knoxville and a Masters of Elementary Education degree from Tennessee State University.  In addition to my EC-6 certification, I hold certifications in Special Education and Mid-Management.

I have the awesome pleasure of teaching World Cultures and Science.  In World Cultures, it is my goal to work to further students' knowledge of the world through the study of people, places and societies.  In Science, students' will focus on various science domains that will foster knowledge and engaged learning.  I look forward to working hand in hand with you, as we make this school year a Deep Dive into Learning!
