Visiting AHS

The Allen High School College and Career Center welcomes all college, university, technical school, military and local business representatives to visit with our students. We offer opportunities for representatives to visit with students in two different style settings.  

Option 1: Representatives may visit with students in a meet & greet style setting in our Main Entrance Lobby. We will have a rectangular table ready for the representative's visit, and students will visit with the representatives at their table. 

We offer visit times 8:30am - 10:30am, 11:30am - 1:30pm (lunch visit) and 1:45pm - 3:45pm. 

• If you visit during the morning visit, 8:30am - 10:30am, or the afternoon visit, 1:45pm - 3:45pm, students on their privilege time would have the opportunity to visit with you. If you visit during the morning, we encourage you to visit during the afternoon during your next visit and vice versa as students have different privilege times.
• If you visit during the lunch visit, 11:30am - 1:30pm, this is when all students take their lunch break.

• If you have not created an account, you will be prompted to create an account before you book your visit to Allen High School.

Business representaives need to email shontaye.bibbs@allenisd.org to book their visit to AHS.

During the week of January 27 - January 31, 2020, we are celebrating College & Career Week. Reps may book their visit for this week via this link,  https://signup.com/go/KUoSpxS.  

Option 2: Representatives may visit with students in a presentation style setting. We will have the room location ready for your presentation with computer, screen, projector, mic, internet, etc. Presentations are set for 45 minutes including Q&A time.
