Family Access is available throughout the year for attendance, immunizations and other health information, as well as live grading information for students in grades 3-12. Please remember for grades 3-6 report cards will only be available by logging in. Paper copies will not be sent home. Parents can also set up attendance and grading notifications to be automatically emailed to them.
The log in name, password, and email address can be updated by choosing Account Info once logged into Family Access.
Parents should contact their child's school with any questions regarding Family Access accounts.

From the Allen ISD homepage (www.allenisd.org) hover over “Parents”.
The sixth choice down the menu is “Family and Student Access”. Click on this link.
**On the left side of this screen, under the Contents section, there is a FAQ section that offers some troubleshooting if needed.
Click on the link that says, “Click here to login to Family/Student Access”. This will open a new window.
Enter Login ID and Password and then click “Sign In.”
If you do not remember or do not know your password, while on the login screen, click the link that says, “Forgot your Login/Password?”. Enter your email address and click on the submit button. You’ll receive an email within minutes that will reset your account and allow you to create a new password. Remember the FAQ section that is back on the welcome screen if you are having trouble.
