Associate of Arts in Business Field of Study (AA - Business Field of Study)
Through the partnership with Allen ISD, Collin College & University of North Texas (UNT), students that complete the Associate Degree Pathway with an Associate of Arts in Business Field of Study can apply all the credits earned towards a degree at the University of North Texas (UNT) in the College of Business or College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism. Students will be classified as a junior after the first semester of attending UNT.
Associate of Science in General Studies (AS - General Studies)
The Associate of Science in General Studies is the recommended option for students interested in seeking a non-business degree. This pathway provides students with a base of knowledge and skills needed to pursue various career pathways and apply credits towards a higher college degree, such as a bachelor’s degree.
All academic courses transfer to Texas public universities for core curriculum and/or elective credit. Students considering out-of-state or private universities should contact the respective admissions office(s) to confirm which courses may be eligible for transfer.
