Hello and Welcome to 1st Grade!

Thank you for visiting my webpage!  I love, love, love teaching 1st grade!!  This will be my 14th year of teaching and my 8th year teaching at Mary Evans Elementary.  I love teaching young students and have experience teaching Kinder, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades.

My husband and I have been married 32 years and we have two children.  My daughter is a Baylor University grad (Sic 'em Bears!) and works for Google in Austin.  My son graduated from art school at the School of the Art Institute in Chicago and now lives and works in the Windy City.  In our free time, my husband and I enjoy traveling, biking, swimming and walking the trails near our neighborhood with our rescue boxer doggie Mia.  She is one very spoiled fur baby!
