The links below will take you to electronic parental permission forms that the school requires.  The first form is a general participation form that only needs to be submitted once each year.  The others are suplimentary forms that are required in order to travel to and compete in the associated drill meet.  If your son or daughter plans to compete in any of these events, please complete the form.  If you do not concent to your son or daughter travelling to and competing in the associated meet, I ask that you still fill out the form, but check the box that indicates your "disapproval".
