Can I see my Student's ID in Skyward Family Access?
Yes, once you have logged in, click on the Student Info tab on the left. The 6 digit Student ID is labeled as the "Other ID" and is located under your student's picture.
Can I retrieve my login & password to my parent Skyward Family Access account even if I have never logged in?
Yes, if you have provided a current email address to your student’s school follow these steps:
- On the Skyward Login Screen, choose “Forgot Your Login/Password?”
- Type in the email address and choose submit. An email will be sent to the email address you provided with your login and directions on how to reset your password.
If you receive an error message “No Matching Email Account Can Be Found”, you will need to contact your student’s campus to receive access.
If you have not received an email within 5-10 minutes, check your junk mail/SPAM folders in your email inbox.
How do I log into my parent Skyward Family Access account?
Follow the steps above and if you do not receive an email, contact your campus registrar. Only legal guardians / parents of students enrolled in Allen ISD will receive a Family Access account.
I have forgotten my parent Skyward Family Access username and/or lost my password, what should I do?
If your email address is current in Skyward, you can click on the "Forgot your login/password?" link on the login screen and retrieve your information. Parents that have forgotten their login and/or password, please CLICK HERE and enter your email address.
Can I change my login name?
Yes, once you have logged in, choose My Account at the top of your screen. Click on the Change Login button.
Can I change my parent Skyward Family Access password?
Yes, once you have logged in, choose My Account at the top of your screen. Click on the Change Password button.
How do I update my email address?
Login to Family Access. Choose My Account at the top of your screen. Update the email address under account settings.
I have a 1st grade student and I cannot view his/her class assignments & grades in Family Access, what am I doing wrong?
At this time, you will only be able to view 2nd through 12th grade level student's class assignments & grades. You will however, be able to view your child's report card.
