    About Us 

    The Allen ISD Technology Help Desk was created in 2016 to provide AISD staff with a centralized point of contact for Information Technology support. If you are a staff member in need of assistance, please open a Help Desk ticket by logging on to our website and clicking Help Desk or calling 469-675-2000.Normal operating hours during the school year are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on Fridays. During the summer, the hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday.
