If a sealed, hard copy transcript is needed for the purpose of scholarship applications, DMV, insurance, etc., or a reason other than college admissions, you must complete this form. If you need a transcript sent to a college, you must place that request in Xello.

An AHS FERPA waiver must be completed prior to your transcript being processed. There is not a fee associated with this request. You will receive an email when your transcript is ready for pick-up.
