Current AHS Student Transcript Request Instructions
**Current AHS student = The student currently attends AHS and has NOT yet graduated.**
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED DURING THE AISD FALL, THANKSGIVING, WINTER, and SPRING BREAKS!
Please note: Failure to request a transcript well before an upcoming Allen ISD break may result in you missing your deadline.
Transcript Deadline Notice:
- Please be mindful of your transcript deadlines! Request and pay for your transcripts at least two weeks before your deadline.
Important Transcript Information:
- We cannot email or fax a transcript to an individual.
- Official transcripts are sent directly from Allen High School to colleges, universities, businesses, and agencies.
- Official transcripts for college applications are sent electronically through Xello.
- Students must also make the request through College Planning in Xello as well as pay the flat fee in School Pay.
- If the school does not accept transcripts electronically, the transcript will be mailed.
- If a hard copy transcript is needed, it will be sealed and mailed or given to the requesting student.
- Official transcripts for college applications are sent electronically through Xello.
- Students and parents can find a copy of the student's current transcript (AAR) in their Skyward Family/Student Access account or their Skyward Student account under the Portfolio tab.
- Transcripts are reposted to Skyward two times a year. Once in the Spring and once in the Summer.
How to Request and Pay for Transcripts
1. Pay the one-time yearly flat fee of $7.00 through School Pay and have a FERPA Waiver on file (If you participate in the free or reduced lunch program, please notify the transcript clerk for a transcript fee waiver before payment).
2. Request your transcript through Xello with the following instructions: transcript instructions
Please allow at least five business days to process your order. Transcripts are processed during school business hours.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED DURING THE AISD FALL, THANKSGIVING, WINTER, and SPRING BREAKS!
Transcripts for NCAA Eligibility Center and NAIA Eligibility Center:
- NCAA Eligibility Center and NAIA Eligibility Center are checked weekly by AHS for newly registered AHS student athletes and transcripts are uploaded weekly by AHS.
- A transcript request in Xello and payment are NOT needed for a transcript to be sent to NCAA or NAIA.
- Student athletes are still responsible for following the instructions listed above for requesting and paying for transcripts that will be sent to colleges/universities.

Test Scores:
Transcripts do not include SAT, ACT, AP, or IB test scores. Log into your College Board, ACT, or IB account to send those scores electronically. Exit STAAR scores are listed on the transcript.
School Pay:
Remember: Pay for all transcripts through SchoolPay. Transcripts are processed after they are requested in Xello, paid for in SchoolPay, and FERPA waiver is completed. The one-time yearly transcript fee is $7.00 payable via debit or credit card. A convenience fee of $1.00 is charged for transactions of $14.99 or less and a convenience fee of $1.95 is charged for transactions of $15.00 - $49.99.
**If you participate in the free or reduced lunch program, please notify the transcript clerk in the College and Career Center for a transcript fee waiver before payment.**
There are NO refunds for transcripts once they have been processed and sent.
