**Parents have access to their student's vaccination record on file with the school through their Skyward Family Access account.
1) Log into account
2) On the left side click on Health Info (under Portfolio)
3) Go to Display Options tab for drop down menu
4) Click on Vaccinations at bottom of drop down menu
5) Download and save copy of file.
6) Refer to DC Boot Camp Presentation for instructions on submitting vaccination record to Collin College.

Emails from Collin College about HOLDS on accounts for TSIA (PSAT/NMSQT) and Permission Forms may be ignored.  

*****PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL PSAT/NMSQT SCORES OR PERMISSION FORMS TO COLLIN COLLEGE. 

AHS WILL PROVIDE SCORES AND PERMISSION FORMS TO COLLIN COLLEGE ON EACH STUDENT'S BEHALF.*****
