This is my 21st year at Story, and I am excited about another wonderful year.     I am looking forward to getting to know my students, and of course their parents! This is my 29th year to teach, and I love it! I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1988. My husband, Roy, and I like to travel the country on our motorcycle during vacation times. We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren (and 5 fur babies!).

This is going to be a wonderful year! We have so much to learn and share. I believe that each child can be successful and enjoy the path that they travel to success. I also believe that parent-teacher communication is an integral part of that success. You can email me here at school: stacey.mitchel@allenisd.org

Thank you so much for the opportunity to spend a year with your child ~ teaching them and watching them grow.

It is truly a gift and a privilege.
