Welcome to sixth grade - where all minds are under construction. I am Mrs. Pence, the math teacher at Anderson Elementary.

In my class you will use your minds and hands to discover math. We explore mathematical concepts using real life data, manipulatives, literature and everyday items.

Some projects you can look forward to are: baking brownies, football day, Star Wars, lemonade stand, M&M Math, fishing fun, turkey tendencies, quilt quest,  Yellow Submarine, March Madness, virtual road trips and BOOT CAMP.
