The Allen High Peer Leadership (PALs and WINGS) program provides an opportunity for 10th-12th grade students to learn and grow as mentors, role models, ambassadors and servant-leaders throughout Allen ISD & the community. 

PALs - Peer Assistance and Leadership.  PALs mentor K-9th grade students in a 1-on-1 setting for 20-25 minutes each week, durings PALs. class.

WINGS - We Inspire the Next Generation to Soar.  WINGS mentor small groups of freshmen in our LFC Connections Classes each week.

How do I apply for Peer Leadership  1  (W.I.N.G.S. and PALs)?   

1. Complete your Course Selections in Skyward by December 9th.  *You will NOT be able to choose "Peer Leadership 1" on your course selections.  IF you are selected for Peer Leadership (PALs or WINGS), we will add it to your schedule.   

2. Complete an online Peer Leadership 1 application by January 6th 11:59pm.

How do I apply for Peer Leadership 2,3,4 (only for those currently enrolled in a LFC or AHS Peer Leadership class)?
