I wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little about myself. This will be my 25th year teaching, and I have been at Bolin since it opened. I taught 4th grade, 3rd grade, Kindergarten, and 5th grade. This will be my sixth year teaching fifth grade.

This year I will be teaching Reading, Language Arts, and Social Studies.  We have a new to Bolin, teacher Mr. Hope.  Mr. Hope will be teaching Science and Math this year.

I have two fantastic daughters.  Molly is a junior at Texas A&M Commerce. Shelby will be a sophmore at UTD in Denton.  I also have two wonderful and fun dogs, Tobi and Jasper.

The first day of school is August 10th. The first day of school, students are welome to come straight to the classroom.  After that first day, the doors will be open to students at 7:25.  If your child is at school earlier than 7:35, your child will need to report to the Gym.  A teacher will escort the children that are in the gym to the classrooms to start our day.

My conference period is from 1:15 - 2:05.

Together, we make a team to help your child learn and grow. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
