    Welcome to the STEAM Center Clinic!

    My name is Cassie Luther and I am the School Nurse at the AISD STEAM Center. Please contact me if your student has specific medical needs or specific conditions that might require care or treatment during the school day. Forms for asthma, diabetes, seizures, severe allergy, and medication authorization can be found on the Health Services website or in the school clinic.

    Family Access enables you to keep informed of your student's academic assignments and grades, as well as health information. Need a copy of your student's immunization records? Access and print a copy directly from Family Access. 

    Please visit the Health Services website (under Departments on the main Allen ISD website) for Texas public school immunization requirements and other pertinent health information.
