     Welcome!!! I am excited to begin my 15th year teaching first grade and my 18th year in the district.  It is going to be a year filled with lots of new learning adventures.  My goal is to build self-esteem in every child and foster a love for learning!
     
    I lived in Allen for 17 years and moved to McKinney eight years ago.  I have two children that graduated from Allen High School and one granddaughter.  My daughter, Lindsay, graduated from Arizona State University.  She currently lives in the Las Vegas, Nevada and sells medical devices.  My son, Connor, is a graduate of University of North Texas and lives in Dallas and is in sales.  My granddaughter, Bodie Rose, is a toddler, and what a joy she is!!
     
    I am very thankful to be part of the Green family.  I love teaching and I love children!  I look forward to interacting with parents for guidance and support throughout the school year.  Our job is to work together as partners in education.  Together, we can provide the best learning opportunities possible.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
