My name is Linda Daniels and I am the School Nurse at Bolin Elementary. Forms for asthma, diabetes, seizures, severe allergy, and medication authorization can be found on the Health Services website or in the school clinic.

The mission of Registered Nurses in Allen ISD is to provide professional nursing care and to promote a safe and healthy environment that contributes to academic success.
