For Parents:

Please complete the Transcript Request Form and return it to Renee Atkison in the Administration Office at Lowery Freshman Center. The cost is $2.00 per transcript.  You may bring cash or check.

For Students:

If a student needs to pick up a transcript, the parent must complete the bottom portion of the above Transcript Request Form.

Please Note:  Transcript requests may take up to 24 hours to be completed.
