Welcome to 1st grade!!!  I am thrilled to be a First Grade Teacher at Green Elementary!   

This is my second year teaching first grade at Green Elementary. Prior to staying home with my two daughters, Ava and Anna Claire, I taught kindergarten, second and third grades at North Texas Christian Academy in McKinney. I LOVE my school and Allen ISD!!  I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches.  I have my Gifted and Talented and ESL Certifications. 

My passion is teaching! I treasure each of my students and the relationships that we develop throughout the year.  I enjoy seeing each of my students grow, change, and being there for their “I got it” moments!!!  It's going to be a incredible year being a 1st Grader where "We Will Dare to Shine!'' My hope is that your child will love coming to school each day and will be ready to engage in their learning with me!!!
