    My name is Benny Bolin and I am a lifelong resident of Allen. I graduated from AHS in 1975, a member of the third generation of my family to graduate from Allen. I am married to Kim and we have a son, Brandon who graduated from AHS in 2011 and in May 2017, completed his Master's degree at UNT. I have a BS from Baylor, an ADN from El Centro and an MS from UTD. I worked at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas for 31 years, in trauma ICU and the emergency department.

    I was a member of the AISD Board of Trustees from 2006-2012.  I began my school nursing career in 2013. I am one of two nurses for the school. Our clinic is located at the front of the school, by the front entry.  I also serve as the nurse for the Choir and PALS.

    The mission of the Registered Nurses in AISD is to provide professional nursing care and to promote a safe and healthy environment that contributes to academic success.

    Our goal is to partner with the students and parents to maintain their health thereby ensuring the highest level of success possible.

     If you need a copy of your students shot record, choose the immunization tab on the left and go to the Family Access and choose Health Info (under Portfolio). Then choose Display Options from the drop down menu and click on Vaccinations. This printed out is an offical shot record you can submit for Dual Credit, college admission, etc.
