    Hello I am Mrs Coffey and I am celebrating my 23rdyear at Reed Elementary!  I am so excited to be teaching fourth grade this year!! Before becoming a teacher, I was a paraprofessional for Special Education and for the Intervention team. I also  have experience in early childhood. Before coming to Reed I directed a childcare center in Plano and in Allen. I was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Plano when I was in the 6th grade. In 1999 I moved to Allen with my husband and our 4 children. When I'm not at school I love spending time doing remodeling projects, gardening, reading, and cricutting. My children are all grown and have families of their own. I love when they come to visit. I have three grandchilden Cooper, Talon, and Nova.
