Hi my name is Kelli Moredock, and I am the Behavior Specialist here at Reed Elementary. This is my second year of teaching in Allen ISD, and my second year at Reed.  I am so excited to start this 2022-2023 school year with such an amazing group of students and fellow teachers, who I consider my extended family.  The outpouring of parent support and community involvement that I have experienced while being at Reed Elementary, has me calling Allen ISD my forever home.  

My family and I came to Texas last year from Georgia, where I spent the past 15 years teaching. I spent the last 10 years teaching special education, while my remaining years of teaching were spent in kindergarten, third, fourth, and fifth grade. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in and Educational Psychology, and then went on to receive my Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Childhood Disorders and Response to Intervention.  

My husband and I have 2 wonderful daughters, and a variety of pets. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and a cat. During my time off, my family loves to spend time outdoors camping. We also enjoy spending time at Disney World and Universal Studios.  

I look forward to being a part of your child’s education, and for another wonderful year of being a Reed Owl!
