    About Me:
         My name is Kimberly Richardson and this is my 16th year in education. My husband and I have been married for 19 years and we have an amazing red headed 12 year old. Her name is Hannah and she is in the 7th grade at Curtis Middle School!
          I have my undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas as well as a Masters in Education from Texas A&M Commerce. My specialization is Literacy.  I believe it is important to model for my students a lifelong love for learning!  To continue modeling my desire to learn, I am wrapping up a 2nd Masters at UNT.  This time I am working on an M.S. in Information Sciences.  I am specializing in Library Sciences and have received a School Librarian Certification as well as a Youth Librarianship Certificate.

     I am looking forward to an amazing year getting to share the joy of reading!
