Welcome to Kerr, home of the Comets! This is my fifth year in 6th grade Science and my third year teaching Math. I am excited about the opportunity to work with you and your children. I look forward to a great year of learning, growing, and having fun with our students, parents, and staff.

A little about me: I spent most of my childhood in Germany, since my father was in the Army, then followed in his footsteps and earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. After my son started school, I decided to pursue a career in education and earned a Master’s degree in Special Education, specializing in Mild to Moderate Disabilities from the University of North Texas. Go Mean Green! I have a wonderful, supportive husband of 23 years, Chris, and we have one son, Zachary, who is attending the University of North Texas. In my spare time, I love to hike/walk, camp, play games, and do crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles.
