    Physical Education is the process by which changes in the individual are bought about through movement experiences. The definition of physical education is learning in emotional, psychomotor and cognitive ways. The activities that we will participate in are designed to develop motor skills and promote physical fitness as well as to understand concepts, rules and strategies. Physical Education aims not only at physical development but is also concerned with education of the whole person through physical activities.
