Chandler Elementary

My name is Carrie Rios and I am excited to be Chandler's library media specialist. I enjoy working with all teachers and students to promote literacy, technology, research, and inquiry on our campus. This is my 16th year as an educator and my 4th year at Chandler. When I am not at school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, snow skiing, crocheting, reading, vegetable gardening, and cooking. Most of all I enjoy spending time with friends and family, including my husband and son. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, a Master's degree in Teaching, and completed additional graduate school work to earn my School Librarian certification.
