Hello & Welcome to 4th Grade!!

I am Ms.Martin and this is my third year at Green Elementary. I will be teaching reading, writing and social studies in 4th grade this year, and I am so excited to be here with you! I graduated from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!) with a degree in Special Education. When not teaching, I enjoy watching tv and hanging out with my family and friends. A few of my favorite things include plants, coffee, and trying new vegetarian foods! 

I have worked as a deafblind intervener and camp counselor at a camp for kids and adults with special needs. That is my pride and joy! I also enjoy serving at my church in the student ministry. This is an important part of my life! Family is everything to me, so enjoy these sweet pictures that make my heart so happy!!

My goals for this year include learning something new everyday and encouraging you to do the same! I believe that every person's voice matters and will benefit our classroom community greatly. I can't wait to grow together this year and make everlasting memories!
