I am so excited to be teaching first grade at Green Elementary!!  This will be my 14th year at Green. Before transferring to Allen, I taught 1st and 2nd grade for 10 years at Big Springs Elementary in Richardson. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Michael.  We just celebrated our 22nd anniversary!  We have two daughters, Lauren, 20, a junior at DBU (Dallas Baptist University) and Kaitlyn, 17, a senior at Allen High School. We spend our Friday nights at the Allen Football games watching our daughter dance as a Tallenette. 

My number one passion is TEACHING and my heart belongs to first grade! There cannot be a better job than working with children. I am looking forward to a year filled with many experiences and opportunities to learn together.
