• Welcome to the Cheatham Elementary School Clinic

    Rachel Hogan MSN, RN

Welcome Cheatham Chargers! A little about me...My name is Rachel Hogan, the students call me Nurse Rachel. I’ve been a nurse for fifteen years. I worked at Baylor Dallas in mother/baby, NICU, and the Emergency Department. I then joined Children’s Health, and was a charge nurse in the Emergency Department for many years. I have a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies from SMU, and I received my Master’s of Science in Nursing Education from TWU. I was a clinical instructor at TWU for their undergraduate pediatric course, in addition to working at the hospital. I was born and raised in North Texas. I am married, and my husband is a Sergeant in the Dallas Police Department. We have a 4-year-old daughter and many animals. I absolutely love being a school nurse here at Cheatham! Your child’s health and safety is my number one priority.
