My name is Monique Cadwell and I am Reed’s Care Coordinator. I love working with our Reed Owls and their families! I am here to support and provide assistance where and when it’s needed. I have worked for Allen ISD since 2016 and joined the staff at Reed in 2019.

I moved with my family from Southern California to Texas in 2015. We absolutely love it here! My husband Matthew and I live in Allen with our daughters, Sophia and Celia, and our dog Olaf.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. I love meeting new people and making connections with others in our community.
