    I am very excited about being here at Norton and I love teaching 2nd grade!

    This is my second year at Norton and my 18th year teaching.   I spent  seven years teaching first grade at Marion Elementary here in Allen.  I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa.

     

    My husband, Courtney, and I have been married for twenty-four years.  We live here in Allen with our two children, Ryan and Avery.  Ryan will be a sophomore at Stephen F. Austin this fall.  Avery will be a junior this year at Allen High School.  We also have two yellow labs named Bella & Bailey and a rabbit named Jack.  My hobbies include running, reading, camping and baking.  

     

    I believe in building a strong relationship between home and school.  Please feel free to contact me if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your child.
