Hello! My name is Caitlin Richards and I am so excited to be a part of the Olson Otter family in my role as Campus Intervention Specialist (CIS). I graduated from Texas A&M Commerce and received my Masters in Educational Leadership from The University of North Texas where I also obtained my principal certification. This will be my 13th year in education in Allen ISD and I have previously taught Kindergarten and 4th grade. My husband and I live in Wylie with our two children, Bryden (12) and Brynlee (8). Bryden will be starting at Ford this year and Brynlee will get to join me in third grade here at Olson.

In my role as CIS, I will assist with student intervention, coordinate Student Intervention Team (SIT) meetings, 504 meetings, and campus testing.
