I graduated from the University of North Texas. I am married to my wife, Amy, who also works in the district. This summer we celebrated our 24rd wedding anniversary. We have 3 awesome children. Our daughter Kaylee is married and lives in New Hampshire with my son-in-law, Drew, and their dog Scooty. Our son Colby will be a junior at the University of Arkansas. Our youngest, Luke (Tug), will be a freshman at Stephen F. Austin and plays football. In my free time, I enjoy wood working, spending time outside, working out at the gym, and watching Allen, Arkansas and SFA football.
