    My name is Mrs. Kirkland and I am so happy to be your child's Kindergarten teacher!!! This is my first year at Preston Elementary and I am excited about joining this wonderful school community! This will be my 8th year teaching and my second time teaching Kindergarten. I have taught Pre-K, Kinder, 2nd and 3rd grade. I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Elementary. 

     I absolutely LOVE teaching! When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my husband and my two bonus boys, watching football and spending time with my family.
