Story Elementary School

 

Hi my name is Ruby Vergel and I am the speech therapist at Story Elementary.  I have worked in the speech field for over 20 years.  I am a bilingual (fluent in Spanish).  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and my masters degree from Texas Woman's University.  I live here in Allen with my husband and wonderful twin boys.  We enjoy spending our time together on the weekends going to the park, particiapting in community activities, and they put up with my shopping.  Working with children with communication disorder is my passion and my goal is to help our student to become better communicators so that they can succeed at anything they do!
