• Welcome to Speech!

    Hi Kerr Family! My name is Mrs. Phelps and this will be my first year here at Kerr Elementary!  I am so grateful to be here and am excited to welcome you to our speech room. It is going to be such a great year!

    I earned my bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!!!) and my master’s degree at Abilene Christian University in Dallas. I married my awesome husband in 2020 and we have a fur-baby named Ramsey. She is a German Shepherd mix and spoiled rotten! I love spending time with my family and friends, all things Disney, going to the beach, and shopping at Target. I'm looking forward to an awesome year!
