HEART@WORK is Allen ISD’s intentional effort to show appreciation and value to employees and their families as we continue to develop a Culture of Excellence in Allen ISD. Heart@Work partners with local businesses and community groups to arrange employee and family events, recognitions and business discounts in our ongoing effort to make the district the premier place of employment in North Texas.
