My name is Mallory Hannan, RN and I am the School Nurse at the Norton Elementary clinic. Please contact me if your student has specific medical needs or specific conditions that might require care or treatment during the school day. Forms for asthma, diabetes, seizures, severe allergies, and medication authorization can be found on the Health Services website or in the school clinic.

Family Access enables you to keep informed of your student’s academic assignments and grades, as well as health information. Need a copy of your student’s immunization record? Access and print a copy directly from Family Access.
