Welcome to Olson Elementary Counselor's Corner.
Welcome! My name is Nicole (Harrison) Oliver, School counselor for Olson Elementary. I am married to Paul, who I have known since we were kids. We have five children (three boys and two girls), ages 31, 26, 16, 23, and 19. We have a big family and I love it!
I have a bachelor's of Science from Texas Tech University, Certifications in Teaching in several areas, a Master's of Science in School Counseling from Texas A&M - Commerce, and I am a State Certified School Counselor.
I began working for Allen ISD in 2003 at Curtis Middle School. When school began in 2004, I began teaching Special Education at Reed Elementary, and did so for the next 4 years. During this time, I decided to get my Master's in School Counseling. I was fortunate to be part of the inaugural year for Olson, which makes this my 14th year at Olson. I love being an Olson Otter!
I am so excited to be starting a new school year! I look forward to working with you and your student(s) to ensure their success here at Olson Elementary!
