    Welcome to Norton! I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher!

                            

        I am starting my 19th year at Norton Elementary.

         I have worked in the Resource classroom for two years, Campus Technician for 10 years, 6th grade World Cultures for two years and this will be my fifth year teaching 2nd grade.

    I have two daughters, Marianne and Caroline. Marianne is a Texas A&M graduate and completed her MBA at North Texas. She is currently an Assistant Director of Business Affairs and Events at Conference USA.  Caroline is a Texas Tech nursing graduate and is working as a NICU nurse at Medical City Children's Hospital.

     

    My husband and I have lived in Watters Crossing for 29 years. We purchased the seventh house built in the neighborhood! I am a "dog" grandma to my daughter's sweet 3 year old puppy named Romo.

       My hobbies include: running, reading, sewing, and crafting. 

    I believe students are most successful when there is a strong relationship between home and school. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year please do not hestiate to call or send me an email if you have any questions.
