    Welcome to Norton and to the 2nd grade! I am very excited about teaching here at Norton this year. I know we’re going to have a wonderful year together. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your parents better and watching you GROW!

    I attended Michigan State University (Go Spartans!) and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I worked for McDonnell Douglas, Aerospace Division and then Boeing before taking time off to raise our children. When I returned to the outside work force, I substitute taught for AISD for 8 years. Realizing my love for teaching, I earned my teaching certificate and am now a third year full-time teacher.

    My husband, Mitch, is an engineer with Boeing and we have been married 31 years. We love playing Pickle Ball together. If you haven't heard about Pickle Ball, ask me or Google it - it's fun! We have 4 beautiful daughters, and all attended Norton. We have a cat, Finn, and a dog, Cisco. I think you'll be hearing a lot about my furry friends this year!
