 This is my 9th year at Anderson and my 1st year of teaching. I am excited about joining the 6th grade team as the English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) teacher. Our year together will be full of great books, discussions, creative writing, and presentations.

My husband and I have 2 kids who are both in college. We also have two dogs (Penny and Perry). They are Labrador mixes who alternate between being really hyper or really sleepy.  As a family, we love to travel together and play board games. My all-time favorite hobby, though, is reading, and I look forward to sharing that joy with my students.
