Practice AP Human Geography Exam

Description

There will be a PRACTICE AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY EXAM at Lowery Freshman Center on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 8:15AM-12PM. We are offering the practice exam so that AP Human Geography students who are planning to take the real AP Human Geography exam on May 12, 2017 have the opportunity to experience beforehand what the test and test-day conditions will be like.

After the practice exam concludes, students will receive feedback about their performance. The feedback will not be on the same 5-point scale as the actual AP Human Geography exam, but we will be able to show participants their areas of strength in the subject as well as areas that might need improvement.

Students: If you wish to participate, please sign (and have your parents sign) and return the bottom portion of this form to your AP Human Geography teacher by Friday, February 24, 2017. This is the same deadline as the actual AP exam registration. There is no fee to take the practice exam, but we need to know how many students plan to attend so that we can prepare the exam space accordingly.

Plan to arrive at the Lowery cafeteria by 8:15 on April 22. Bring your ID and several pencils and blue or black pens. Your ID is extremely important because the person proctoring the exam may not know you, but will have to verify your identity before the test begins.

STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE AP EXAM
IN ORDER TO TAKE THE PRACTICE EXAM. The practice exam is OPTIONAL.

Students should arrange to be picked up from Lowery immediately after we finish at noon.

Please direct any questions to your AP Human Geography teacher.
