Three elementary students will advance to the Collin County Spelling Bee after participating in Allen ISD’s annual Spelling Bee held in the STEAM Center’s Ellipse Theater on Jan. 15. Students from 11 district elementary schools competed in the event.
The advancing students are:
Eleanor Bregman, 5th grade at Preston Elementary
Reyansh Chethan 5th grade at Kerr Elementary
Aditya Angarai, 6th grade at Vaughan Elementary
The advancing students will compete in the Collin County Spelling Bee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, in Plano Senior High School.
