    All proceeds directly benefit Allen students and teachers through special program funding and scholarships awarded by the Foundation For Allen Schools and the Allen ISD Council of PTAs.

    Educational Grant Application
    Dec. 1 - Feb. 5 

    Update: The 2018-2019 Educational Grant Application is now closed.  

    The Education Grant program provides funding for innovative classroom and campus programs and projects in Allen ISD. All AISD employees are eligible to submit a grant application. 

    Visit our online Grant Database for inspiration and detailed information on grants that have been funded. To date, $1,020,837 in grants have been awarded to Allen teachers and staff. These grants are a direct result of donations to the Foundation and proceeds from the Allen Eagle Run and the October Cajun Nights fundraiser.


    Community Scholarship Update

    The Community Scholarship Application is now closed.
    The deadline for submission was 4:00 pm on Tuesday,
    December 12, 2017.

    Completed scholarship applications are currently being reviewed by a committee of Foundation For Allen Schools board members. Students who are selected for an interview will be contacted in early February 2018. The Foundation will host a special reception honoring all Community Scholarship recipients at 5:30 pm on April 30 at Allen High School. Visit the Scholarships Currently Available page to learn about the scholarships that will be awarded.

  • Grant Spotlight - Sister Schools
    The Sister Schools grant brings together students from Boyd Elementary who are native Spanish speakers and students from Lowery Freshman Center who are native English speakers. Their interactions include Spanish conversations, songs, cultural presentations, games, and sometimes food.
